The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Screening candidate resumes and shortlisting potential fits for open roles.
- Conducting phone interviews and taking detailed notes for managers.
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment database to track hiring progress.
- Reviewing and organizing hiring managers' interview notes.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards and proactive outreach.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
