Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications team. This role involves coordinating corporate projects and ensuring effective communication with agencies.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a university degree from a reputable institution in a related field such as Communications, Public Relations, or International Relations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions is required, preferably in a PR agency and/or pharma industry setting.
  • The successful candidate must have a good command of written and spoken English and be proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent communication, proof-reading, and writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to edit and create engaging content.
  • Development-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work collaboratively are essential qualities for this role.
Key Tasks:
  • Coordinate corporate projects and attend weekly/monthly meetings with agencies.
  • Take an active role in internal and external communication projects.
  • Contribute to strategies and new projects that enhance the company's reputation.
  • Play an active role in content and design preparation for internal and external advertisements.
  • Ensure compliance with approval processes and project action plans for corporate social responsibility and sponsorship projects.
  • Prepare monthly and annual corporate communication activity reports.
  • Support the preparation of written content (press releases, interviews, internal announcements, etc.) and review content prepared by the agency.
  • Monitor and revise the corporate website's updated content.
  • Track the monthly plan of corporate social media accounts.
