- Familiarity with technical languages used in SFMC: SSJS, AMPScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of data dependencies and design for Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns.
- A conceptual understanding of the SFMC platform ecosystem and relationships with other SF Clouds (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio, Datorama).
- Excellent communication skills to communicate project concepts and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver marketing automation projects within tight deadlines.
- Earned or willing to obtain within the first six months the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
