Telecoms Expert

We are looking for an experienced Telecoms Expert to join our team as a Mobile Network Quality Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing mobile network quality by driving teams to achieve common goals and ensuring timely reporting of KPIs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and report on Network (RAN, CS, PS, and Transmission) KPIs between Vodafone Turkey, Vodafone global, and BTK. Additionally, you will drive the implementation and sustainability of necessary platforms, like PM tools, to deliver reports and insights.

A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that KPIs meet targets and continuously improving them. You will deliver actionable insights to enhance network KPI values, identify service anomalies, detect network degradations, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing E2E quality issue meetings with stakeholders, utilizing various data sources, tools (counters, probes, CEM, Netperform, other crowdsource, SIGOS), and information. You will also create temporary task force groups and lead them towards achieving resolution.

This role requires strong analytical skills to correlate Core domain KPIs anomalies with their source causes and follow up on solution implementation. Furthermore, you will direct teams in the correct manner for follow-up actions and deliver impact analyses on Core network parametric and hardware changes, incidents, etc.

• BS degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS, and LTE Radio network functionality and understanding of Core Domain in Voice and Data.
• Team leading and driving skills to gather different teams together in need for case follow-up and handling task force groups.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Good working knowledge in network performance management and analysis.
• Excellent understanding of data analysis through querying of relational databases.
