We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Unit Manager to join our team at Borusan Otomotiv. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, automotive, or related industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features and ensure alignment with Borusan Next's business goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product roadmap for mobile (iOS & Android), web platforms, and internal back-office systems.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and continuous optimization.
- Manage cross-functional teams to enhance platform features.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong experience in mobile app (iOS & Android), web platform development, and back-office systems.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles, app store optimization (ASO), and responsive web design.
- Proven ability to prioritize product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and align teams with strategic goals.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working cross-functionally across departments.
- Passion for user experience, platform scalability, and marketplace growth.
- Knowledge of mobile app growth strategies.
