Overview: COMPANIUM Hospitality, a leading executive search firm, is conducting a search for a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead the launch of a new, high-end dining and entertainment concept in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Launch: Oversee the pre-opening and post-launch operations of the luxury dining and entertainment venue.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional dining and entertainment experiences for guests, balancing both aspects in close collaboration with the Director of Entertainment.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability while maintaining the brand's high-end positioning.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team, creating an environment of excellence and collaboration.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, managing the unique challenges of a venue that combines dining with entertainment.
• Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Clients: Build strong relationships with high-end clientele to develop their loyalty and increase revenue.
• Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic communication and events that attract a sophisticated, international clientele.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on high-end, lifestyle dining concepts that incorporate entertainment.
• Leadership: Proven experience in opening new concepts, with a track record of success in luxury restaurants in key international cities.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Revenue Growth: Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability in upscale, fast-paced environments.
• Guest Service: Expertise in delivering exceptional guest service to a discerning, international clientele.
• Operations: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and best practices in high-end dining with entertainment.
