Responsibilities

The Automated Systems Supervisor will be responsible for leading line quality, safety, and improvement projects. You will define and plan all packaging line needs for responsibility, support shifts to meet customer demands on time, and produce the required tonnage by providing line technical capability.

You will also support R&D for new product trials and launches, manage and support the lean agenda of the plant, and report downtime, maintenance costs, and project KPIs. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise to other TR snacks sites for packaging line, conduct technical training for production operators to increase capability, and track packaging operators team performance and implement improvement actions when necessary.
