- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales strategies to meet strategic and financial targets;
- Partner Management: Cultivate new partnerships in designated regions/countries and monitor partner sales performance;
- Sales and Account Management: Lead sales and account management activities with Key Channel Partners;
- Data Analysis: Analyze Order/Inventory/Sell in/Out data to identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges;
- Commercial Strategy Implementation: Implement commercial strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme);
- Sales Channel Management: Manage the sales channel covered by partners online and offline;
- Product Training: Organize training sessions for partners, dealers, and shop promoters to enhance product knowledge according to product launch schedules;
- Market Research: Conduct market research, collect competitive information, analyze price strategy, and promotion activities, then develop countermeasures monthly.
- At least three years of channel sales experience in the fire industry;
- Proficient in business English and able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently;
- Able to independently carry out business development work and have strong market development and sales capabilities;
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and service awareness;
- Able to adapt to business trips.
