Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to visualize key HR metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and propose enhancements to optimize HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Promote collaboration between the People & Culture team and business units to achieve common goals.
  • Explore emerging HR technologies and analytical tools to elevate HR analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare internal HR metrics with industry benchmarks.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Engineering, or Management of Information Systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to distill complex data insights into practical HR strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in handling sensitive HR data.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
