We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Systemair Türkiye's Levent Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, promoting service, maintenance, and spare parts solutions, and managing a team of field staff.

Main Objectives
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth
  • Sell maintenance, spare parts, and service solutions for HVAC devices
  • Lead a team of field staff, overseeing their work and ensuring smooth project execution
Desired Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the HVAC industry
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including AHU, chiller, Tower, FCU, Rooftop, CRAC, and VRF products
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment
