We are seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Blade Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct composite inspections according to procedures, documenting damages from ground and aerial platforms.
  • Communicate complex damages effectively in reports and follow-ups.
  • Assist in corrective actions and design modifications (e.g., diverter strips, balance blocks).
  • Perform composite repairs in the air or on the ground, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety.
  • Work in confined spaces and travel extensively.
  • Perform technical tasks, maintenance, and support customer operations onsite and remotely.
  • Contribute to service operations, issue resolution, and sales lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of relevant field experience.
  • Knowledge of composite work and turbine troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work at heights for inspections and repairs.
  • Experience with digital camera setup and operation.
  • Flexible travel schedule, up to 100% required.
