Primary Care Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, and implementing clinical protocols.

• Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude in delivering excellent patient care.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
• Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
• Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
• Masters Degree in Nursing.
