About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Key customers for retention and growth within a specific category.
Key Objectives
- Protect existing customer revenue and meet business growth targets
- Explore new opportunities and expand the Sales Funnel in the specific category
- Negotiate new offers with prospects and manage the entire sales cycle
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Key customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to protect existing customer revenue and meet business growth targets
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in a customer-facing, field-based role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar
- Strong negotiation, customer communications, commercial negotiation and project management skills
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
- Able to effectively handle and manage a high degree of multiple tasks
- Good knowledge of CHEP's business processes and Supply Chain
- Proficient use of MS Office
