Position Summary

This Senior Digital Marketing Specialist position requires a highly skilled individual with experience in designing and implementing omnichannel strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharma industry.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.
  • Lead process optimization efforts related to digital channel promotion capabilities, including technology changes and in-house content creation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, medical, IT, and other functions as a consultant, providing expertise on digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity, adhering to compliance requirements.
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy, with a strong background in Pharma industry being a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress) and Google Analytics 360 is preferable.
