About Our CompanyWe are one of the leading global companies in the metrology market, with a strong presence in Turkey. Our products are used in various industries, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand our offerings.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in Turkey and new markets;
- Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customer assessments and benchmarks;
- Sustain existing customer relationships through technical support;
- Deliver training to customers on product usage;
- Maintain close relationships with the global product division.
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree or equivalent in Engineering or Applied Science from a reputable university. You should also have at least 4 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably with Encoders. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage workload are essential. Additionally, you must be willing to travel within Turkey and abroad, and possess excellent English language skills.
