We are seeking an Employment Sourcing Expert to join our team and contribute to our success in talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining an organized hiring pipeline.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

  • Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Screening candidate resumes and shortlisting potential fits for open roles.
  • Conducting phone interviews and taking detailed notes for managers.
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment database to track hiring progress.
  • Reviewing and organizing hiring managers' interview notes.
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards and proactive outreach.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
