Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our 30% target strategy, ensuring robust monitoring and evaluation of our conservation efforts, and managing the delivery of on-site activities, including contractor management and health & safety oversight.

You will work closely with other teams to develop opportunities for biodiversity areas to support activities like training, volunteering, and public engagement, and collaborate with external partners to leverage opportunities that support our conservation goals.

Key requirements include:

  • BSc or equivalent qualifications in a conservation-related subject
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of UK biodiversity conservation and/or ecological consultancy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
