  • Maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Accurately label tissue cassettes and slides with accession numbers
  • File all paraffin blocks and slides
  • Maintain the laboratory and immediate work area in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform quality control checks on equipment
  • Notify the lab manager of any equipment malfunctions
