Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Analysis Activities:
    • Review financial statements and ensure their accuracy.
    • Enhance the quality of the On Trade Channel by monitoring sponsorship agreement processes, calculating sponsorship discounts/rebates, and following up on related invoices.
  • Assist with Internal Controls and Audit:
    • Monitor the monthly internal control checklist.
    • Support the internal audit process in alignment with Group policies.
  • Participate in Strategic Financial Projects:
    • Contribute to various projects such as ERP implementation.
    • Actively analyze and support inter-departmental business processes.
  • Engage in Day-to-Day Operations:
    • Provide general support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Experience:
    • Previous internships or trainee experience in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel).
    • Advanced English; French is a plus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
    • Confidence in delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • A motivated, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
