We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Leader to join our team at Randstad Türkiye. As a key member of our corporate business partner's logistics sector team, you will be responsible for managing air cargo sales, expanding the existing customer portfolio, and leading the team toward strategic goals.
About the Role:This position requires a strong industry network, the ability to manage large-scale project-based operations, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with their team. You should have at least 10 years of experience in air cargo sales, a recognized presence within the sector, and demonstrated leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement air cargo sales strategies that drive business growth and increase profitability.
- Manage the existing customer portfolio and acquire new clients through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Lead and direct the sales team to achieve targets by providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in air cargo sales with a strong industry network.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and persuasion skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficient in other languages is an asset.
- A proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
