Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Controller, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Executing daily operations and supporting the Duty Manager.
  • Managing and coordinating all operational aspects, including flight planning, scheduling, and air traffic control.
  • Ensuring operational situational awareness and making informed decisions to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Working closely with other departments within the IOCC framework to ensure safe, secure, timely, and cost-effective operations.
  • Regulating, controlling, and terminating flights in accordance with national and international rules and regulations and corporate policies.
