As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring conformance to specification, regulatory compliance, and good manufacturing practices at the point of manufacture. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for quality and safety.

About the Team

Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. We work closely together to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring conformance to specification, regulatory compliance, and good manufacturing practices at the point of manufacture
- Collaborating with production, engineering, warehouse, and planning teams to achieve quality goals
- Developing and implementing action plans to improve quality and reduce defects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in food or chemistry engineering and at least 2 years of quality assurance experience. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. SAP knowledge is also highly desirable.
