Aromatic Compounder

We are looking for a talented Laboratory Fragrance Assistant to join our team in Sozio Turkey, Istanbul Creation Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our fragrance development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing the entire compounding process, blending fragrance ingredients according to the formulas provided by the perfumer.
• Handling the application process from compounding to packaging before delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all fragrance blends.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless execution of fragrance formulations.
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Fragrance compounding laboratory or related environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Turkish native and English fluent, French is a plus.
