Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Director to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the buying process, developing stock option plans, and reviewing competition and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of stock option plans, range plans, and package plans to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Review and revise price points, determining the final pricing on a country/channel basis.
  • Management of Fast Track collection and OTB budget.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of merchandising and product experience in the fashion retail industry.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analyzing and organizing skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Being result-oriented and having a commercial viewpoint is an asset.
