
Aftermarket Business Development Manager

We are seeking an Aftermarket Business Development Manager to join our team in the Middle East & Turkey region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales of all Kongsberg products and services, developing sales plans, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and relevant technical knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is preferred, but not required. Experience with Marine Mechanical or Automation & Control Systems would be beneficial.
Key Accountabilities:- Drive aftermarket sales of all Kongsberg products and services
- Develop sales plans for a defined customer portfolio
- Manage customer relationships and own customer service
- Report on sales pipeline and maintenance planning reviews
- Negotiate service agreements and prepare proposals for customers
