Production Scheduler

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The successful Supply Planning Specialist will have a Bachelor's Degree from an engineering department and 2 years of relevant experience.

• Develop and manage weekly/monthly production plans, determining raw material requirements and creating purchasing demands in SAP.
• Analyze capacity bottlenecks for required productions and monitor planning KPIs.
• Communicate with sales, plant, and HQ teams regarding production and promotions.
• Collaborate with logistics companies for transportation transactions and ensure seamless production continuity.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the plant or supply chain.

• Bachelor's Degree from engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering).
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish language skills (speaking and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office applications & SAP.
