An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conversion Manager to join MANTU GROUP SA's team.

About the Role:

\

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee vehicle retrofits, managing both mechanical and electrical modifications. As a Conversion Manager, you will collaborate with system engineers to clarify technical drawings, ensure smooth project execution, and create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for ordering the necessary parts.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Retrofit Coordination: Manage mechanical and electrical retrofitting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with system engineers to clarify technical drawings and specifications.
  • Bill-of-Material Creation: Develop and maintain detailed BOMs for retrofitting projects.
  • Part Ordering: Procure necessary parts to ensure smooth retrofitting.
  • Project Management: Coordinate schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of retrofitting activities and parts lists.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical retrofitting processes.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing vehicle retrofitting projects and interpreting technical drawings.
