We are seeking a talented Digital Transformation Director to join our team in Istanbul. The successful candidate will have a strong background in service delivery management and experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and vision.
  • Implementation Plan: Create a detailed implementation plan, timeline, and milestones to guide the transformation process.
  • Change Management: Develop a change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure that IT initiatives align with business needs and priorities.
  • Evaluation: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management, and minimum 2 years of experience in team management with a significant portion of that experience in the banking sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Ability to mobilize and organize stakeholders to address customer issues.
