Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen our Firm's profile in the market.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Firm's Business Development team, focusing on daily operational activities that enhance the Firm's business development infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the BD Team and Practice Groups to support the full proposal life-cycle.
  2. Assist the team with various legal directories submissions process.
  3. Organize and monitor email marketing functions and legal alerts.
  4. Pro-actively manage digital marketing contents (i.e. LinkedIn).
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop, organize, coordinate and execute market research and analysis in the Turkish market.
  6. Monitor client and prospective client developments, activities and operations to identify potential opportunities for practices, industry groups or offices.

Requirements:

  1. University Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law or related studies.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English as well as Turkish; strong reporting and task management skills.
  3. Law degree or registration with a bar is not required.
  4. Knowledge of global business, corporations, law and professional services markets, and transactional and financial markets is an advantage.

Technical & Personal Skills:

  1. Strong data and computer skills, including MS Office and design tools.
  2. Strong judgment and ability to make independent decisions.
  3. Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a matrix organization.
  4. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, including a pleasant nature, and demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with a detailed-oriented approach, good task/project management skills and strong client service orientation.
  6. Respects and enjoys the firm's diversity of cultural, social and academic backgrounds.
