About the Team

The Services Team at Trendyol seeks to carry forward our impact by providing fast and effective solution services to our customers. We operate through two main branches: Financial Services and Value-added Services & Digital Goods.

Our purpose is to simplify and improve the lives of our shoppers and sellers on and off our platform by offering meaningful and high-quality service with transparent and affordable prices.

Your Key Responsibilities

Define and streamline TYG's financial services and payment strategy, collaborating closely with services heads.E nsure timely and high-quality delivery of outputs in the initial phase of new business development within Services, working closely with other TY teams.Establish and manage strategic Services partnerships in Turkey, coordinating with both services and other TY teams.Manage ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to drive Trendyol Group services business forward.Qualifications and Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in financial management, business planning, management consulting, strategy, project management, or business-related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering).
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with Head of Services Business.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Good business acumen & curiosity, including skill in understanding the business, competition, and growth opportunities.

Work Model

We offer a two-month full remote work program during the summer period (July to August) to allow you to work from abroad.
