The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or management information systems, along with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience and successful completion of at least 3 projects.
- The selected individual will conduct analyses on projects within the organization, ensuring adaptation of project management tools, and determining KPIs for project management.
- This role involves creating statistical data on past projects, supporting new projects, and organizing lessons learned meetings to store corporate knowledge.
- The Project Management Office (PMO) specialist will supervise whether project managers adhere to the corporate project management methodology, design dashboards and reports, and provide coaching for projects in the company portfolio.
- Additionally, this role entails monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and planning necessary actions, as well as collecting project ideas from process owners and employees, prioritizing them, and creating a project portfolio.
