Career Psychologist

Koç University is a leading educational institution in Turkey, founded in 1993 with a vision of excellence in education and scientific research.

We are looking for a highly skilled Career Psychologist to join our team at the Dean of Students office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and counseling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual psychological counseling sessions to students, assessing their needs, and referring them to relevant resources when necessary. They will also monitor student progress, provide crisis intervention support, and develop preventive mental health programs.

In addition, they will design and deliver training programs for students and administrative staff, as well as prepare analytical reports on key mental health trends and initiatives.
