Technical Lead for Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead for Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to discuss and understand project requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review test basis (requirements, stories, design docs, etc.) and ensure alignment with planned test activities.
- Create, design, and execute efficient test cases to provide good coverage for UI (mobile/web) / API automation testing, as well as manual testing.
- Perform diverse types of tests in projects when needed: manual black box, user interface, regression, functional or integration testing.
- Apply test process for both automation and manual tests (test planning, design, execution, monitoring, and reporting).
- Report test progress and status, perform defect tracking and risk assessment.
- Support continuous integration, continuous testing, and release management.
- Learn new technologies and apply them to projects as needed.
- Review and provide feedback for test scripts and failed scenarios.
- Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, etc.) and report performance test results.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of software industry experience, including QA methodologies and software testing.
- You have at least 4 years of experience using any test automation tools like Appium and Rest Assured.
- You hold a BSc or MSc in Software/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- You have an excellent understanding of existing test automation frameworks.
- You have a strong understanding of version control systems and team collaboration tools like Git & Gerrit.
- You have experience in writing test automation strategy and test plans.
- You have experience with various load testing tools like JMeter and Locust.
- You have experience with Java/other Object-oriented programming languages.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have fluent English in both verbal and written communication.
- You have experience working in multi-national, cross-platform teams.
