Tetra Pak empowers you to reach your potential by offering opportunities to make an impact. As a Design Developer, you will work closely with customers to translate their artwork intent into reproducible orders.

Your main activities will include:

  • Pre-flight and completion of full design evaluations of customer artwork files
  • Performing conversions of artwork files to proofs
  • Ensuring adherence to our printing specifications and out-of-specification processes

You will be based in Izmir or Istanbul, Turkey, and will be responsible for supporting CSR and Design Developers with graphical knowledge.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a similar field. You must have advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, as well as basic-level proficiency in MS Office.

Apart from technical skills, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Turkish. Fluency in Russian is an added advantage.
