About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving excellence in customer experience.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Key Account teams and other departments, to ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting or impacting their business from a supply chain perspective.

Your expertise will help us maintain strong relationships with our customers, drive process improvements, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting or impacting their business from a supply chain perspective;
  • Be responsible for operational excellence of customer's ordering, design and shipping process through alignment with back office team;
  • Liaise with internal Key Account teams and other internal stakeholders managing feedback regarding supply chain issues;
  • Manage customer inventory to enhance customer experience for assigned accounts;
  • Drive customer experience feedback and results together with customer;
  • Manage Master data to secure correct order management in SAP to ensure correct designs are ordered and delivered;
  • Maintain constant communication with assigned customers to identify supply chain opportunities and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities;
  • Participate in continuous improvement teams;
  • Proactively participate in Key Account teams to ensure customer projects are successful.
