We are seeking an experienced Production Planner who will contribute to our continuous improvement mindset and inspire people within the organization to reach the level of 'World Class Manufacturing' necessities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) and have proficiency in both written and verbal English language.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules based on customer orders, forecast, and inventory levels. They will also serve as the primary point of contact between production, order fulfillment, logistics, and sales teams regarding production planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for production planning and scheduling-related queries.
  3. Provide timely and accurate delivery dates for customer orders and quotations.
  4. Determine resource requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet production goals.
  5. Analyze production performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  6. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, production delays, or material delays.
  7. Develop a collaborative environment to improve customer on-time delivery and optimize process execution within the factory.
  8. Prepare periodic reports and perform standard & ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  2. Proficiency in written and verbal English language.
  3. Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  5. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning functions.
  6. Excellent communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  7. A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
