Steering and Suspension Expert

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Analyst to support the development and implementation of a long-term global product strategy at Reed Recruitment Türkiye.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and be able to analyze complex data sets.

Deliverables:

1. New Part introduction requirements for four regions (EMEA/NA/SA/AP) aligned with the global product strategy.
2. Ensuring quality and cost targets are met through effective collaboration with plants and suppliers.
3. Developing and implementing a long-term global product strategy that fosters cross-regional synergies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience working in an automotive environment preferred.
2. Ideal candidate has a degree involving complex data sets research.
3. Understanding of car parts and mechanical knowledge required.
4. Experience with Tecdoc or similar systems necessary.
5. Suitable candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
6. Candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
7. Demonstrable ability to develop and facilitate global projects within given parameters.
8. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
9. Candidate should have strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Language - English; additional languages advantageous.
