Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional to join our team at Goldwind Science & Technology Co. in the role of HSE Engineer.

This is a mid-senior level position that will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in carrying out HSE work, formulating project HSE plans, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in the development and implementation of HSE plans and procedures;
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize hazards;
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols;
  • Carrying out regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on HSE performance metrics;

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
