Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Liaison to join our team in Istanbul. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build trusting relationships with clients, protecting our brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with sales and accounts managers to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with key employees to foster a positive work environment.
  2. Oversee customer relationships handled by your team, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  3. Resolving customer-employee complaints quickly and efficiently.
  4. Keep employees updated on the latest information to increase sales.
  5. Meet with managers to plan strategically and expand the customer base.
  6. Understand individual customer needs and address them promptly.
  7. Conduct business reviews using CRM programs to optimize performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • A team player with fast learning skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
