Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
The Credit Officer plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for analyzing new credit requests and making loan servicing decisions for existing clients. This position requires expertise in financial analysis, underwriting, and credit administration.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic position that involves analyzing financial and supporting documentation submitted for formal and informal lending and servicing requests. You will identify, communicate, and assist in the collection of financial information required to process lending and servicing requests.

Makes recommendations and/or approves under delegated authority loans and establishes appropriate terms and structures to manage risk and maintain sound credit administration.

• Analyzes complex financial data and makes informed decisions.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external team members.
• Provides financial solutions to ag-related loans.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers to appropriately structure new and existing client loans.

Partners with originating banks through the loan process to assist them with processes, credit related issues and loan structures.

Collaborates with Financial Officers to assist in balancing credit risk with loan growth.
