Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's long-term corporate strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with Finance to assess return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant university degree from a reputable university; master's in finance or an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and M&A transactions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
