IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 IT support for installation, configuration and maintenance of HPE servers.

• A minimum of 2-years professional experience in an IT support role within an enterprise environment is required.
• General understanding in supporting: Servers, Switches, and Storage is necessary.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily to local end customer sites are required.
• Fluent in English & Native in Turkish languages is necessary.
• Problem Solving Skills are essential.

As a Hemmersbach HPE Field Service Engineer, you will deal with:

• Running diagnostics, troubleshooting errors, and replacing hardware.
• Installation, support, and decommissioning of rack servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Maintenance of data center hardware at various customer sites.
• Experience in supporting at least one of the following hardware types: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PCs, or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM, and NetApp.
• Handle service support requests & incidents.
• Work in accordance with suppliers and customer's rules and regulations for the purposes of health and safety.

Location: Supporting multiple customers in the Izmir area - Driving license and availability to travel requested.
