About the Role

The Peninsula Istanbul is seeking a highly skilled Lifeguard to join our team. As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests in and around the pool area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough surveillance and recognition to prevent accidents or incidents from occurring.
  2. Administer lifesaving maneuvers, Basic Life Support, and First Aid when necessary.
  3. Maintain adherence to hotel service standards at all times.
  4. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and its surroundings.
  5. Enforce rules and regulations consistently and diplomatically.

Requirements:

  • Current Lifeguarding licenses and certifications, Basic Water Safety, Basic Life Support, and First Aid certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pool operations.
  • Positive attitude, courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great connection with people.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel or resort.
