**Job Description and Key Responsibilities:**

1. Handles dissatisfied patients in a kind and professional way and gets positive feedback from the patients about their experience.
2. Acts as a focal point between the patients and the healthcare providers and provides the needed interpretation and support.

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in Turkish, with additional proficiency in Russian is required.
