We are looking for a highly skilled Pool Attendant to join our team at The Peninsula Istanbul, a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city.

Job Description:

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the Cabanas, pool deck, and Abelia Pool areas.

You will provide exceptional customer service, handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, and maintain the overall quality of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and set-ups according to specification and guidelines.Greet guests with a positive attitude and enforce poolside rules.Ensure adequate supply of guest supplies and amenities.Retrieve linens from laundry and maintain setup.Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists.Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.Set up, utilize, operate, and clean/properly sanitize outdoor Pool and Cabanas equipment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and great 'connection' with people.

You will also need to be able to work under pressure, follow proper job-related guidance, and possess English communication skills (verbally preferred).
