About the Role

As a Demand Planner at Reckitt, you will be responsible for driving our production, purchasing, and providing invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. Your expertise will shape the future of our global supply chain.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Demand Forecasting: Lead accurate demand forecasting, integrating data on sales, promotions, trends, and seasonality into actionable insights.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, finance, supply, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  3. Data Analysis: Use demand planning software, complemented by your judgement, to refine forecast accuracy continuously.
  4. Communication: Evaluate and adjust forecasts based on new information, providing clear and concise communication on the impacts to the business.
  5. Influencing: Challenge assumptions and influence other teams when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for our supply chain.
