About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Research Consultant to join our team at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, particularly in coordinating and conducting qualitative research methods. They will be responsible for fostering partnerships, coordinating research activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Delivery:
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project.
Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with UN agencies and civil society organizations.
Research Coordination:
  • Coordinate the recruitment and engagement of participants for the photovoice project.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of research ethics approval.

Requirements:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Social Sciences or Humanities.
  • Experience: Experience in research, including coordinating and conducting qualitative research methods.
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized with ability to work independently and proactively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
