Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Financial Strategist to lead our corporate finance and valuation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and valuation techniques.

  • Supervise asset valuation exercises, ensuring compliance with IFRS and best practices
  • Oversee discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, comparable company analysis (CCA), and other valuation methodologies
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments for energy sector investments

The successful candidate will be able to analyze financial performance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide valuable insights for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
