Waterslide Installation Supervisor

This Senior Construction Specialist position offers an opportunity to utilize your exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Lead Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation phase of water rides and water parks for international clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading on-site construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members.
• Ensuring compliance with ProSlide and State Laws regarding all safety requirements during the project.
• Commissioning ProSlide products upon completion of the construction phase.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 10 plus years of construction-related experience.
• 5 plus years leading construction tradespersons.
• Experience in the water park industry specifically with directing installation of water ride attractions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English.
