Quality Director

At Alapala, we are seeking a highly experienced Quality Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing quality control activities, managing quality systems, and evaluating supplier performance.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in production management, preferably with experience in welding and machining production systems. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and prioritizing Entry (Raw Material) Quality Control, Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control, Quality Systems, and Supplier Evaluation activities
• Managing, coordinating, supervising, and directing quality control activities
• Evaluating raw material/product rejection/conditional acceptance/final rejection decisions

We offer a competitive salary package, including a company vehicle and fuel allowance. Additionally, candidates coming from out of the city will be provided with accommodation support for a maximum of 2 months.
